  • We provide evidence-based nutrition recommendations in a compassionate and caring manner. We meet clients at their current stage of behavior change and support them as they take the steps to achieve their nutrition goals. We believe ALL Foods FIT and variety, flavor, and satisfaction are keys to joyful nutrition.

  • Whether we are meeting over telehealth or in an office setting, our sessions are very similar. Your first session will likely last one hour, a dietitian will review your history with food and exercise, learn about your personal nutrition goals and difficulties you have faced while trying to reach them.  Please bring any current labs or medical information.  Follow up sessions are between 30 minutes to 1 hour and focus on nutrition recommendations and education, addressing barriers to change and developing new skills to help sustain your nutrition goals. We do practice from a non-diet approach and Anne is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.

  • Intuitive Eating is a self-care framework designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural signals for hunger, fullness, and satisfaction. It moves away from rigid food rules and focuses on honoring your body’s needs through curiosity, compassion, and trust. By rejecting the diet mentality, Intuitive Eating promotes a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and your body.

Weight-neutral care shifts the focus away from weight as a measure of health. Instead, it prioritizes behaviors and habits that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being—regardless of body size. Weight-neutral care acknowledges that health is complex and unique to each individual, encouraging sustainable, supportive practices that honor your whole self.

Together, Intuitive Eating and weight-neutral care foster empowerment, respect, and body trust, helping you focus on what truly matters: living a full and meaningful life.
