Victoria Padilla, RDN, LDN – Registered Dietitian with a Non-Diet Approach

My Journey as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

As a Registered and Licensed Dietitian (RDN, LDN) with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition, I am dedicated to helping clients build a positive, sustainable relationship with food and overall health. My passion for nutrition began early in my college career and grew through meaningful experiences in nutrition and public health research. These opportunities inspired my commitment to evidence-based practice and personalized care, ensuring each client feels supported and understood in their unique journey.

Educational Background and Specialized Focus

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Foods and my Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Texas State University, where I also completed my dietetic internship. My academic and research experiences have shaped my compassionate and science-driven approach to nutrition. During my undergraduate studies, I volunteered in nutrition and cancer research and presented with my team at the 2019 American Institute for Cancer Research conference. As a graduate fellow, I conducted projects related to food security, nutrition, and public health, furthering my understanding of the complex factors influencing well-being. I’ve also received training in weight-neutral and non-diet principles, which align with my belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health.

Working Together Toward Your Nutrition Goals

In our sessions, I aim to create a supportive, understanding space where we can collaborate on a personalized plan that honors your unique experiences, values, and goals. Together, we’ll consider the many factors that shape your relationship with food—cultural influences, personal history, lifestyle demands, and health challenges. My approach emphasizes sustainable changes that feel realistic and empowering, fostering a balanced relationship with food and overall well-being.
